Mountainside Homes is a small, family-owned business offering two large, luxury vacation rentals in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
By owning the properties we manage and by keeping our business small, we are able to maintain each private home rental in first-class condition and give you the attention and service you deserve.
The accommodations are both elegant and extremely spacious. Each 3500-square-foot condo sleeps 8 to 13 comfortably. If your group includes more than 13 people, both homes may be rented and joined via a connecting door on the middle level to create the ideal large-group Steamboat Springs vacation lodging.
Each luxury condominium features a unique decor: American Lifestyles in the Couloir rental home and Lodge style in the Chaparral rental home.
